Schiphol airport is 125 kilometres from Oranjewoud, the station Heerenveen is nearby, the marvellous Frysian Lake district 10 kilometres and the famous ice stadium Thialf is 4 kilometres away from Tjaarda. The hotel is easy to reach by car from Amsterdam, Leeuwarden, Groningen and Zwolle via the highway A6, A7 and A32.
